Personal Training

To ensure safety and effectiveness, we start with a thorough age- and condition-specific fitness assessment. The training will blend and balance the dimensions of 50-Plus Specific Functional Fitness to meet the client’s individual needs and goals.

Training can be land, chair/wheelchair or aqua based; or be a combination of any of these.

Joyful, playful, invigorating, challenging, mentally engaging movements as well as restorative and healing components will be optimized for long-term benefits.
